Savvy lip liner, from cheap pharmacy beauty brand DB, is a retractable lip pencil which does the job and goes well with any dusty pink shade of lipstick.

This no-frills lip liner keeps lipsticks firmly within the boundaries you draw, though the colour of the liner itself is poor.



DB products can be very hit and miss. Some people swear by their cult beauty status while others would not look twice at the stand of bottom-tier make-up. In regards to the Savvy lip pencil, there are far better lip pencils on the market, but this one gets full marks for being affordable. It is hard to justify dropping big bucks on a collection of lip liners to go with each lipstick you own, so I would rather spend $3 on a rose coloured lip liner and forgo the quality.
