The Velvet Lip Lift Plumper lip gloss by Mirenesse will give you big, glossy lips on the cheap. The Rose Quartz shade is a vibrant pink, so there will be no illusion of the natural look.



I normally despise lip gloss. It feels sticky, transfers onto every available surface, and has a knack for attracting stray hairs. Despite my misgivings, I have actually used this product a few times- and have even enjoyed it! The shiny Rose Quartz colour seems like something Barbie herself would wear.



This lip gloss makes bold claims, purporting to contain collagen microspheres which cause the lips to swell. It also claims to contain small light-reflecting particles, creating the illusion of full lips.

Amazingly enough, this product does actually work. The gloss catches the light, illuminating the lips. It also causes the lips to swell, which you can feel immediately after application. While the lips do not double in size, as the description of claims, there is a noticeable increase.

Being a lip gloss, this product is quite sticky. I would not recommend wearing it outside on a windy day if you have long hair.
